-100 Word Challange- Week 3

Water was glistening as the Imp slowly waded through the water. It was very sunny and everytime a wave came the Imp could taste a mix between salt and sweat. The glowing goddesses were gliding through the air at the land waiting for the Imp to reach her. Her golden hair that seemed to glow was flowing around her as the wind guided dirt and leaves to surround her. She did not bear a name, as she was too beautiful to even be called something.

The Imp had finally made its way towards the goddess, salt water dripping from its skin. Its skin was a pasty red and there were bite marks all over its legs, being from Hell has got to pay for something. The goddesses were from Heaven, so it was an odd request to meet up with creatures from Hell. The goddesses did not know, but the Imp was holding a flaming sword but from the fire of Hell. The Imp turned and dashed to the goddesses and before she knew what was happening she was impaled from the upper back through her heart and out of her stomach. It was a fatal stab wound but before she could pass through she fell into the glistening cold water flowing away forever.

(Imps are often described as troublesome and mischievous more than seriously threatening or dangerous, and as lesser beings rather than more important supernatural beings. The attendants of the devil are sometimes described as imps. They are usually described as lively and small stature.) -Google description-

-100 Word Challenge

‘It’s just me, standing here, holding a door open. Fun. Amazing. This is so fun. I’ve been standing here for the past two hours. There's a valuable artifact locked in the room I’m guarding and my boss said I CAN'T leave my post until someone else comes along. It’s just me standing in this gloomy hallway. The creamy paint was slowly peeling off. You could hear the humming of someone's refrigerator a few doors down. I’m down at some old motel guarding something that I don’t even know what it is. The smell was extremely damp and musty. My legs are tingling from the amount of time that I’ve been standing there. Sometimes people come and go but it's very unlikely. As I said; It’s just me.
