-100 Word Challenge

Imagine you're walking through a forest, a vibrant green eternally moonlit forest.

The soft earth squishing underneath your shoes. Cold rainwater was getting muddled in the glowing leaves.

The air was whipping against your exposed skin. The daunting forest has the appeal of a forgotten land,

has been lost in time. The isolated forest has the appearance of winter romance which blossomed,

alluring your mind deeper and deeper into the enchanted land.

Soon inhuman shadows became creeping around you.

It seemed like the strangers enjoyed following you as you got lost in your thoughts.

They enjoyed the peacefulness as your shallow breathing came to a halt.

By now it was almost completely dark now, the light had been drained out of the vibrant blue sky.

Now remember when I said imagine?

-Drawing Challenge

In health we’re learning different interpersonal skills. My partner and I chose active listening. We displayed it well and our drawings looked extremely weird. We had to chose a picture and then describe it to the other person who needed to draw it. Even though our drawings ended up looking weird it was still fun to do it and we showed interpersonal skills.

-Cup Challenge

Today in health we used another interpersonal skill for a cup challenge. We had to use string, a rubber band and five cups. The challenge was to get the cups, one at a time to another table the quickest. We didn’t win but it was very enjoyable. We chose being inclusive and we did it pretty well. We all held on to the string while carrying the cups.

Overall we all had fun and displayed our interpersonal skills well.

-Marshmallow Towers

Today in Health we had to choose a interpersonal skill to help us build the biggest marshmallow tower.
I chose active listening and our group displayed it well. We all shared our ideas and we all took part in building it. Although our tower fell, it still reached a great height.

One thing I would try next time is making the base of the tower more stable. We only had four sticks holding up our base. One of our group members suggested that we put it in a cup and try and make the marshmallows stick to the side, but it still fell after awhile.

Overall we used our interpersonal skills and we had fun.

-Why we should have more mufti days.

I think we should have more mufti days for many reasons. One of them is time and electricity, if we just wore mufti all the time then we wouldn't need to wash our uniform as often as we do, it would also by cheaper.
Another reason is that it allows kids to express themselves. Often kids get bullied for how they wear their clothes

-Are cats better than dogs?

I personally don't have a side because I enjoy the company of dogs and cats equally.
If your more of a soft and gentle person I'd recommend a cat because they don't require you to have more energy. Having a dog is very tiring because you need a lot of energy to be able to keep up with them.

Both dogs and cats are a nice pet to have, even if they don't get along. Having a pet can reduce your stress and they can help encourage exercise and good health. Anxiety, and depression can be eased by owning a pet. Cats are more gentle than dogs but they equally are fun pets to have.

-Week 2 Do Now

School uniforms should not be mandatory.

School uniforms should not be mandatory because some children get bullied from what they wear or how they wear it.

-I am Malala Novel Study

  1. I think the book will be about a woman whose culture is being fired at or discriminated

against. I imagine that she will try to save her culture and help it be accepted.

  1. I've only briefly heard of her, but she seems like an important and dedicated person in history and education.

  1. I really enjoyed learning the fact that she took a bullet for education and she is the youngest ever to win a Nobel Peace prize.
